This course runs over 4 weeks, and you will be sent a lesson each week, which you will work through yourself online. There will be a live session with me, Allison Fisher, your Coach to support you. You will be taken on a journey to create and maintain good relationships. A major part of this is boundary setting. We will walk through how to clearly communicate your yes and no, how to stand up for yourself, and how to start to work out what you really want your life to be.
